Returns:

  • You may return unopened and unused coffee bean packages within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@etetecoffee-trueline.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will process a refund for the purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive damaged or defective coffee bean packages, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective items, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
